How Digital Downloads Work

Thank you for shopping Sw33t & Feisty Digitals by Sw33t Vibes.

What you're buying

All of our digital products — notepads, calendars, planners, and builders — are instant downloads. That means no physical product will be shipped to you, and there's nothing to wait for in the mail. As soon as your checkout is complete, your files are ready.

How to get your files

Check your email. Right after checkout, you'll receive an email with download links for your files.
Or visit your account. Your downloads are also saved to your SW33T VIBES account anytime you need them again.
Download to your device. Save the files to the tablet, phone, or computer where you'll use them.

How to use your downloads

Notepad PNG designs

Your notepads arrive as high-resolution PNG files. To use them:

Open your note-taking app (GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, Xodo, or similar).
Import the PNG as a new notebook page or template.
Write, draw, and plan right on top — just like paper, minus the paper.

Digital calendars & planners

Our calendars and planners are designed for your favorite planning app. Import them the same way as notepads. Many of our planners are hyperlinked — tap a tab or date to jump straight to that page. Check the product description to see if your planner includes hyperlinks, and whether it's dated or undated.

Builders & tools

Builders and generators are interactive tools. Each product page explains exactly how yours works — whether it's a downloadable file or a web-based tool, and whether you need an account or a specific device or browser. If anything's unclear, reach out before you buy and we'll happily walk you through it.

What you'll need

A tablet, phone, or computer
A note-taking or planning app (GoodNotes 5/6, Notability, Noteshelf, Samsung Notes, and Xodo all work great)
A stylus is recommended for the full paper-like experience, but not required

License & usage

Your purchase includes a commercial use license. That means:

Yes: use your downloads to create finished physical products to sell — printed notepads, planners, shirts, tumblers, and more.
Yes: use them for your own planning, journaling, and organizing — on all of your personal devices.
No: please don't resell, share, redistribute, or give away the original files as-is — even for free. If someone you know would love them, send them our way!

Refunds

Because digital downloads can't be returned, all digital sales are final. That said, if your file arrives damaged, corrupted, or won't download at all, tell us right away — we'll make it right with a fresh download or a replacement.
